Engagement Agreement

Clients choose this option when they have a critical requirement that is time sensitive. A needs analysis will be conducted with our client to understand the scope of the role and core competencies required for an expedited search. This arrangement requires a small front-end payment to allocate core resources to the project which is deducted from the final payment.

Contingency Agreement

Clients choose this option when they have a number of preferred vendors and are looking to partner with an additional firm to assist them with searches on a one-time or on-going basis. No up-front payment is required, but resources cannot be guaranteed.

Consulting Practice

Clients choose this option to have a full-time external headhunter allocated to their searches. This option is ideal for a client experiencing hyper-growth with several new headcount and is looking for a cost-effective solution to secure resources without incurring individual fees.
